One of the best farm to table restaurants in the Milwaukee area. We made reservations for a Wednesday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. It is half off wine bottles on Wednesday so the restaurant and bar were packed. We were seated right around our reservation time. Our server was excellent- friendly, attentive and professional. I tried the short rib tacos. These were packed with meat but could have had a little less pickled cabbage on top. Meat was seasoned perfectly. We also shared a beet salad. Perfect sharing size for 2-3 people. This is a must eat every time we go to Parkside. We ordered several different desserts. My favorites are the flourless chocolate cake and gelato. 5 stars
