We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Parkside 23 in Brookfield last night! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the place was filled with the comforting aroma of delicious food. The staff was attentive, and offered great suggestions throughout our meal. We started with the Creamed Corn with leeks, roasted poblano, and bacon, and the Caramelized Brussels sprouts with bacon and Parmesan—both were absolutely delicious. For mains, I enjoyed the Short Rib Tacos super juicy and loaded with flavor, and Anne savored the Chef’s Choice Risotto, mushroom with blackened shrimp. Our daughter said that she loved her Butter Baked Chicken, and her friend enjoyed the creamy Mac n Cheese. If you're around and looking for a cozy dining spot with a true farm-to-table experience, I can't recommend Parkside 23 enough. You can enjoy a casual dinner, where every dish tells a story of local goodness. Don't miss out!
